For Installing/setting the WordPress module “Under construction” you must follow the steps below:
The “Under construction” module can be downloaded from WordPress Plugins Directory, or can be downloaded from here and manually installed.
1) Installation from WordPress Plugins Directory.
To install it from WordPress Plugins Directory, go to the administration panel of the site, Modules -> Add module.

On the right side, in the search area, add the text “under construction”. Several modules will be displayed immediately, including the desired one, which we will install.

Immediately after installation, it can be activated by pressing the “Activate” button.

2) Manual installation
Attention: If you have completed the first step, you can skip this one, because the result is the same.
To install the module manually, you need to download it first, and the download link is https://wordpress.org/plugins/under-construction-page/.
After downloading it, go to the administration panel of the site, Module -> Add module.

Afterwards, click on the “Load the module” button at the top of the page and go to the path where its archive was downloaded. It is usually found in the “Downloads” directory if you have not changed the browser’s download options.

As soon as you click on the “Install now” button, the module will be installed and the possibility to activate it will be displayed. This is done by pressing the “Activate the module” button.

3) Activating “Under construction” mode
This is also done from the administration panel, going below to Settings -> Under construction.

The last step is to activate it, and this is done by pressing the “ON” button in the “Mod under construction” area and “Save changes” at the bottom of the page.

You can check how the site looks by checking in an incognito bowser window.

Attention: If you are logged in, this banner will not be displayed on your website, but the website as it looks in reality. This will help you test the site until it is ready to go live.
After the launch of the site, once you have installed/set the WordPress module “Under construction”, the site must be visible, therefore you also need to disable it.
4) Deactivating the “Under construction” mode
When the site is ready for launch, it is necessary to deactivate the “Under construction” mode, and this is also done from Settings -> Under construction.

This is done by pressing the “OFF” button in the “Mod under construction” area and “Save changes” at the bottom of the page.

5) Design modification
If you want to change the design of the displayed page, go to the “Design” tab.

Here you can find other templates or you can create a new one yourself.

6) Content modification
To modify the texts on the “Under construction” page, go to the “Content” tab.

7) Access modification
